Personal Information Collected and Manner of Collection

By using the HopeMed’s online sites, products, and services, users (“You”, “Your”) agree that HopeMed may collect and process the following personal information that can be used to uniquely identify a user: name, age, civil status, gender, mailing and email address, contact numbers, and password. You may be asked to provide personal information through voluntary registration during the sign-in process, creation of web portal user access account, and submission of feedback and inquiry.

Basis for Processing

    We may process your personal information based on your explicit consent. By using the HopeMed’s online sites, products and services, you agree that we may collect and process the personal information (as defined above) provided through your voluntary registration to our site, creation of web portal user access account and submission of feedback and inquiry. While the HopeMed collects personal information on a voluntary basis, for certain products and services, the HopeMed’s collection of personal information may be a requirement for access to our products or services or to process a user’s order.

Personal information provided to the HopeMed will be collected, processed and stored by the HopeMed in file base and database on the cloud. We will keep the personal information that you shared with us for as long as necessary to carry out the purposes set forth in this Policy, or in accordance with prescribed retention periods under relevant laws and regulations, where necessary to enforce our legal rights, or upon lawful order of a competent authority.

Risks Involved

Risk refers to the potential of an incident to result in harm or danger to a data subject or organization. Risks may lead to the unauthorized collection, use, disclosure, or access to personal data. It includes risks involving the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of personal data or the risk that processing will violate the general data privacy principles and the rights of data subjects. We ensure that adequate physical, technical, and organizational security measures are in place to protect your personal information’s confidentiality, integrity, and availability. However, this does not guarantee absolute protection against certain risks involving the processing of personal data, such as when systems are exposed to targeted cyberattacks, malware, ransomware, and computer viruses or when manual records are accessed without authority. Disposal

Physical records shall be disposed of through shredding, while digital files shall be erased from our computers and servers, or anonymized where appropriate. In all instances, our manner of disposal shall ensure that the personal information shall no longer be retrieved, processed, or accessed by unauthorized persons.

External Links and Websites

HopeMed has no obligation to keep personal information that a user makes available to other users through a platform other than the HopeMed software, such as in chat or other public functions. External websites and companies with links to and from HopeMed’s online sites and products may collect personal information about users when users visit their websites. HopeMed’s privacy policy does not extend to external websites and companies or third-party publishers with links to or from HopeMed’s products and online websites or who collect personal information through their on-line sites. Children Under the Age of 18

HopeMed will not knowingly collect personal information from any person under the age of 18. HopeMed encourages parents to instruct their children to never give out personal information when online. Parents who are concerned about the transfer of personal information from their children may contact us.

Cookies and Other Information on a User’s Machine

HopeMed’s products, services and sites may employ cookies and other technologies such as sending SMS, email notifications and cloud.
